Make sure the inside edge of the EMT is not sharp.   For extra security outdoors, always tie the AeroPole to its base plate using Dacron or monofilament line.   We recommend Gaffer’s tape on the AeroPole joints when necessary. (Gaffer’s tape leaves no adhesive residue when removed)   Do not attach AeroPole by slipping it inside of another tube or pipe.
